We are a small pasture based farm that is located in the
heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We are dedicated in
providing only the best products available. We operate alongside the
Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Countryside Conservancy to restore
historic farms that once filled this region. We are one of only a
handful of farms that get to operate and live on National Park property.
Our goal is to offer park visitors and surrounding locals the
opportunity to buy fresh grass-fed meats, along with other products we
have here at our farm. Below you will find helpful information that should better your understanding of how we operate. Feel free to join us on a tour of the key steps in our nourishing operation! |

Water Use
Another great benefit is the amount of water we use. Only 2 gallons per bird is used, compared to the 14 gallons commercial industries use. Our water is reused on our fields, while commercial water must go through a plant to get all of the organic matter out. Commercial water can also have chemicals in it such as chlorine to control the bacteria infested water. |
