Chicken
All of our chickens are raised in our chicken tractors, and are very high in Omega 3 fatty acids.
These are very beneficial to your health and the taste is
extremely satisfying. Pick up days are limited to once or twice a month so please call on those days.

Turkeys
Our turkey’s consume 70% of their diet in grasses, weed seeds, clover, flowers, and other living things on pasture.
This makes them extremely rich in omega three fatty acids. Turkey’s contain twice the levels of C.L.A. and omega
three fatty acids than our chickens.
Eggs
Want to lower your cholesterol and decrease your risk of getting heart disease or cancer? Then eat an egg a
day and you will see a difference. Due to the commercialization of poultry, eggs have taken a bad name that
they are high in cholesterol. Well hens that eat grains ARE high in cholesterol but as for grass fed hens, their
eggs are 20 times lower in bad cholesterol. The difference between the two is simply just a healthier diet.
Just because they are fresh, doesn’t imply that they are healthy for you … they MUST be grass fed in order to contain the
high levels of Omega 3’s.
