SIDE OF PORK - AVAILABLE FOR PROCESSING JUNE-SEPTEMBER

An average side of pork yeilds approximately 70-90 lbs. of meat. What to expect from a side of pork:

 

  • 10-14 lbs. Pork Shoulder [Boneless Boston Butt, Bone In Picnic, or ground for extra sausage]

  • 7-8 lbs. Pork Chops [Bone In or Boneless]

  • 3-4 lbs. Spare Ribs w/ Bone In Pork Chops OR 1.5 lb. Tenderloin + 1.5 lb. Baby Back Ribs w/ Boneless Pork Chops

  • 7-9 lbs. Bacon

  • 12-14 lbs. Ham [Whole, Halved, cut for Ham Steaks, or ground for extra sausage]

  • 2 lbs. Ham Hocks

  • 22-28 lbs. Sausage [You choose three flavors]

  • 6 lbs. Lard

  • 5-8 lbs. Pork Bones

 

Cost is $2.95/lb. hanging weight (approximately 100-120 lbs.) for an average of $324.50, plus your processing cost, which averages $75.00-$125.00 depending on what you get done, for an approximate total of $425.00. Smoked products are nitrate free. Sausage seasonings are All-Natural and Organic. 

 

QUARTER/SIDE OF BEEF - AVAILABLE FOR PROCESSING MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER

An average quarter of beef yeilds approximately 120-140 lbs. of meat. What to expect from a quarter [double for a side]:

 

  • 16-18 lbs. Chuck Roast and Arm Roast

  • 3 lbs. Rump Roast

  • 5-6 lbs. Sirloin Steak

  • 5-6 lbs. Ribeye Steak

  • 4-5 lbs. Strip Steak + 2-3 lbs. Tenderloin OR 6-8 lbs. T-Bone + Porterhouse

  • 1 lb. Flank Steak

  • 1 lb. Skirt Steak

  • 3 lbs. Short Ribs

  • 5 lbs. Shank Cross Cuts

  • 12 lbs. Beef Bones

  • 60-70 lbs. Ground Beef, Burgers, or Hot Dogs

  • 2 lbs. Beef Liver

 

Cost is $3.75/lb. per quarter hanging weight (approximately 180-200 lbs.) for an average of $712.50, plus your processing cost, which averages $140.00-$160.00 depending on what you get done, for an approximate total of $862.50.

 

Cost is $3.50/lb. per side hanging weight (approximately 360-400 lbs.) for an average of $1,330.00, plus your processing cost, which averages $280.00-$360.00 depending on what you get done, for an approximate total of $1,650.00.

 

ORDERING

All sides of pork and quarter/sides of beef require a non-refundable $50.00 reservation deposit, which goes towards your balance. The balance is due once your product is ready to pick up. Please use the contact form to inquire about availability.
